Suman Khound is a certified yoga teacher from the Sivananda lineage and a holistic nutritionist focused on supporting balanced health and well-being. She integrates yoga, meditation, modern nutrition, and Ayurvedic wisdom to help individuals build sustainable wellness practices.
Suman offers personalized yoga sessions tailored to different life stages and needs, including pre- and post-natal care, weight management, and therapeutic support. She also conducts guided meditation sessions that encourage mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner balance.
Along with yoga and meditation, she provides practical nutritional guidance that blends modern dietary science with traditional knowledge, helping clients adopt a more conscious and holistic approach to health.
